Calibration Standard Plate for Inhibition Zone Analyzer (Two-Dose and Three-Dose, 2 plates)

1. Flux Technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd. The MWYJ Type Standard Device for Inhibition Zone Analyzer consists of standard templates with a diameter of 90mm. The standard templates reproduce the value range of inhibition zones, covering the size requirements (12.5–25) mm specified in the national pharmacopoeia for the cylinder plate method of antibiotic microbiological assay. The expanded uncertainty is better than 0.02 mm.

2. The two-dose calibration standard plate contains four circular holes: S1, S2, T1, and T2.

Hole diameter: S1 < S2, T1 < T2. The nominal diameters of the holes are: S2 = T2 = 21 mm, S1 = T1 = 17 mm.

3. The three-dose calibration standard plate contains six circular holes: S1, S2, S3, T1, T2, and T3.

Hole diameter: S1 < S2 < S3, T1 < T2 < T3. The nominal diameters of the holes are: S1 = T1 = 13.5 mm, S2 = T2 = 16.5 mm, S3 = T3 = 19.5 mm.

Fully compliant with the requirements of JJF1614-2017 "National Metrological Calibration Specification for Antibiotic Potency Analyzers," it can serve as a metrological standard for calibration of microbial analyzers (inhibition zone analyzers) using the cylinder plate method by metrological technical institutions.

The standard templates reproduce the value range of inhibition zones, covering the size requirements (12.5–25) mm specified in the national pharmacopoeia for the cylinder plate method of antibiotic microbiological assay. The expanded uncertainty is better than 0.02 mm.

2. The linearity calibration standard plate contains six circular holes: T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, and T6.

Nominal hole diameters: T1 = 12.5 mm, T2 = 15.0 mm, T3 = 17.5 mm, T4 = 20.0 mm, T5 = 22.5 mm, T6 = 25.0 mm. The six sample holes are evenly distributed on the standard plate.

3. The edge effect calibration standard plate contains four circular holes: T1, T2, T3, and T4.

Nominal hole diameters: T1 = T2 = T3 = T4 = 17.0 mm. The four holes are distributed in four directions on the standard plate, with the geometric centers of the holes located at distances of 18.5 mm, 23.5 mm, 28.5 mm, and 32.5 mm from the geometric center of the entire calibration plate.

It can be used by metrological technical institutions for calibration of microbial analyzers (inhibition zone analyzers) using the cylinder plate method.

Standard Device for Microbial Analyzer (Turbidimetric Method)

1. Flux Technology (Nantong) Co., Ltd. The WZJ Type Calibration Device for Microbial Turbidimetric Analyzer consists of three specialized test fixtures and four absorbance standard blocks. The light transmission hole size of the absorbance standard blocks is 29 mm × 8 mm, fully meeting the calibration requirements of microbial turbidimetric analyzers currently available on the market.

2. The nominal absorbance values of the absorbance standard blocks are 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, and 1.0, calibrated at wavelengths of 530 nm and 580 nm. The relative expanded uncertainty of the absorbance standard values is better than 2% (k=2).

Compliant with the requirements of JJF1614-2017 "National Metrological Calibration Specification for Antibiotic Potency Analyzers," it can serve as a metrological standard for calibration of microbial turbidimetric analyzers by metrological technical institutions.
